Talk to her and ask her to remove her nosering.
It's a common issue but not everyone is concerned.
Probably a poor port from Skyrim.
This will fix it.

You've got a teleporter in the "apparel" section of your Pipboy. Use it. She will be teleported to you. This teleporter is also a debug tool.
