---DESCRIPTION---

This brings to the game a version of Failed FEV Subject 17, one of the Inhabitants of Vault 87 that were subjected to FEV experimentation. He can be found wandering inside Vault 11.

Failed FEV subjects are hideous mutants that were once humans and inhabitants of Vault 87. In one of the Vault terminals there are entries that detail all the FEV experimentation process as well as the outcomes. They appear to have undergone much of the same physical changes that other super mutants went through after FEV exposure, such as greenish/yellowish skin and increased muscle mass and bone density. However, their internal structures seem to have grown at a random, rapid pace throughout their body, resulting in the muscles and bones bursting the skin, sometimes killing them in a horrific and painful fashion, or leaving them appallingly deformed.

Blake Porter is the Failed FEV Subject Number 17. The effects of the virus had mixed results on his mind and body, leaving him totally messed up. With the purpose of doing some research he was spared from death and kept locked in one cell. Some years later he managed to escape with the help of Vault Dweller/Courier Six.

Failed FEV Subject was the most beautifully gruesome model in Fallout 3. When I saw it for the first time it brought to my mind the memories of 1997 Alien Resurrection movie. I thought how cool would it be if there were more corpses of other Failed Subjects. Even better: what if they managed to survive, just for the Vault Dweller/Courier Six to run into them?.

---FEATURES---

- Two versions of Failed FEV Subject 17: One that behaves as a human, and one that shows it's transition to feral  ghoul.
-Two versions of the head: One with only one functional eye (the gruesome one), and another with two (a friendlier one).

---LIMITATIONS---

* The models lack of Dismembered parts.
* The plugin provided only added the Failed FEV Subject 17 versions to Vault 11 in order to showcase the models. They won't appear anywhere else in the game and they aren't fully developed companions.
