Disables the Legion and NCR hit squads caused by bad reputation

This mod only disable the scripted and random hit squads the NCR and Legion sends after you if you have a bad reputation with them. You will still get attacked by the other NPCs
=========== Reason ===========
I simply got tired of getting hunted by the Legion, and looked for a mods like this but couldn't find one, so I made this one. I also decided to stop the NCR attacks too.
=========== Uninstall ===========
To uninstall you simply remove the esp. However I would advice you to save inside a house, or somewhere safe before you do so. Since if you a nearby a place where the attacks can spawn, they will spawn there the next time you load the save file.
