Thought I'd give this a go, no luck at the 'mo :(
Installed with Vortex, the BA and ESP are in data and it's enabled in the plugins file

I type LogConsoleHistory in console (suspect I'm missing something here...)
get invalid script and no extra lines in the pap log

    any ideas ?

If you have your Fallout4Custom.ini file properly set up for logging -- you most likely have another console-altering mod that runs as loose files (Better Console?)

If you temporarily rename those files the command will work properly.

Example for Better Console (which I'm using and had similar troubles with):

      <FO4 Install>/Data/Interface/Console.swf
      ...rename to...
      <FO4 Install>/Data/Interface/ZZZConsole.swf

After this, the LogConsoleHistory command worked and what I wrote in the console was properly written to the logfile.

To the author - many thanks.

Hi, got mod working fine however my goal was to output the current console 'session' into a file. I want to output my current inventory to a file, player.inv. Is there anyway I can make this do that?
    Cheers

After finding/figuring out the game was changing my txt files to uni-code format and fixing that issue, I now have another issue with an error stating, "Compiled script not saved!".
Also, the folder location, "Logs/Script/" is rather vague to me so I would appreciate a little more detail. Reason is I am working off of 3 different drives looking for data changes.
I did add the recommended changes required for the mod to work. Another file I cannot find is this elusive "Console.as" file. I don't believe I am using anything else like, 'Better Console' as loose files, but that does not mean any of the other 60 something mods didn't affect anything.
So file locations for starters and then why am I getting a, "Compiled script not saved!" error?
    Thanks up front.

No file written. Installed with MO2, edited prefs file as indicated. Console accepts "LogConsoleHistory" command but I can't find the log file. Looked in "MyGames/Fallout4/" and there is not even a Logs folder. Searched entire computer for file and couldn't find it.

Fixed. I had just switched to MO2 and didn't realize I needed to edit the .ini file directly in the program. I had edited the .ini file in the My Games folder.

However, in addition to the console output I get a whole lot of other errors, warnings, etc., just miscellaneous background info, I'm guessing. Is there a way to suppress this so that just the contents of the console I generate are saved?
