Makes nights throughout the Mojave wasteland darker, emphasizing local and ambient lighting over directional \"sun\"lighting. There are two options for how dark nights should be. You may want to use your pipboy light on the darker setting.

Update 3: October 23, 2010 -More value tweaking to emphasize ambient lighting over directional lighting. -I've made changes to the relevant image space modifiers in order to make local lights seem brighter at night. This makes the mod more incompatible than before.
Update 2: October 22, 2010 -I've changed all the weather types prefixed with NV, so most areas (like Goodsprings) should be covered. However, there's no reasonable way for me to test every cell under every set of conditions, so let me know if anything still looks too bright (or too dark). -Values recalculated, and files renamed appropriately.
Update: October 22, 2010 -The horizon has been darkened. -An alternate .esp with darker settings has been included (Nights are Darker+.esp). -I've made changes to another weather type in an attempt to fix a bug where the mod appears to stop working. I have no idea if this fix actually works, but it shouldn't hurt anything.
